About
Karen Barnett started singing at an early age as part of school plays and concerts however somewhere along the line teenage shyness and other interests intervened and her singing skills never surfaced again until she was 21, something of which watching her now you could never believe.
It doesn’t take long to see that Karen loves to sing and puts everything she has into her performance. Whether she’s singing slow melodic songs or banging out her signature disco/party tunes you’re guaranteed of a great night, whatever the occasion!
Over the years Karen has performed at a wide variety of venues including The Concorde Club-Eastleigh, The Kings Theatre Southsea and The Gosport Festival. In addition to this Karen has sung at a number of International venues and appeared on local and national television.
More recently Karen has been singing choral backing vocals for Foreigner as part of their world tour, performing at their Portsmouth Guildhall Show and as part of the Led Zepplin comeback gig at the O2 Arena in December 2007. An experience NEVER to be forgotten!
